Newbie saying hi ????

Hi guys - just dropping in to say hi ???? I'm not brand new to MFP but recently after gaining a lot of weight again, and failing at numerous "diets" - I'm going back to basics. My plan is to eat as clean as I can, and do some sort of regular exercise - as small as that may be. I weigh 244 lbs and my long term goal is to drop 100 lbs. BUT - I am not looking at it like this. I intend to break it down into smaller chunks - maybe 10lbs goals. Anybody wanna join me in my operation drop 100 in 10's ??
