Bingo Wings

I have lost 10lbs and I swear most of this has gone from underneath my upper arms.... bingo wings, flaps, huge saggy bags that wobble at the slightest movement.
Question: how do I get rid of them........?
I am 55 so I dont hold out much hope - I would imagine that by now my skin / arms / muscle (what muscle?), flab or whatever is pretty much past any help. I mean basically my upper arms (the underneath part) are like loose hanging skin - ugh sounds revolting huh.. The top part of my arms (still with me here?) are okay - you can see I have muscle there - albeit not like Popeye's. Just what can I do for the bottom bit - except have it surgically removed - and yes I have thought of it but it's waaaay to expensive and very painful and you're left with a long scar the whole length of the arm...
Okay then - answers please. thanks x

My understanding is that time will heal it somewhat. Lifting would be a great way to do it, too. You'll probably always have SOME loose skin there, but there are a few things you can do to tighten it up.0

Thanks for the answer. What exercises would anyone recommend specifically. I cant get to a gym so any exercise would have to be done indoors, probably while I'm cooking dinner. I work full time.

the muscles that are underneath the bingo wings are triceps, so tricep kickbacks, tricep dips, tricep pushups. don't neglect the rest of the arms and shoulders (bicep curls, overhead presses, etc)0

Ive lost 120 lbs and I HATED MY ARMS!! =(
They are slowly coming along, getting better every day. Im adding lifting to my routine and push ups.
But it is all going to depend on the person and their elasticity!
Good luck!0
