Hi guys - just dropping in to say hi ???? I'm not brand new to MFP but recently after gaining a lot of weight again, and failing at numerous "diets" - I'm going back to basics. My plan is to eat as clean as I can, and do some sort of regular exercise - as small as that may be. I weigh 244 lbs and my long term goal is to drop 100 lbs. BUT - I am not looking at it like this. I intend to break it down into smaller chunks - maybe 10lbs goals. Anybody wanna join me in my operation drop 100 in 10's ??

Heck ya! Drop them in tens, that's a much easier way to look at it.0

hI I'll join you I need to lose 60 Or so pounds so dropping in 10 pounds at a time sounds great0

Yes kitty I'm agree with you...we should try in group...losing weight is not a big deal if you have supoortive and challenging peoples around you....how motivates and push you for possitive efforts.....let the race begin :-p0

even I don't know much about grouping and all that...I joined yesterday and looking for supportive groups.....I love challenges.....so why not we start grouping by this thread?
First thing we should do is to weigh ourselves and right down here....then set a goal date and everyone in this thread or anyone else who want to take this 10lbs challange will report here about his/her daily efforts and all that. This will help I guess.....what you say guys?0 -

Great plan!! I only have 20 to go but have lost over 100 and did same, small goals aren't as scary and so exciting when you get there Anyone want to chat feel free to add me. I'm not perfect but I can share my experiences and what worked for me and of course help motivate you along your journey Its such an amazing place to be, push and you will get there.0
