MFP Daily Calorie Limit

Does any one know why the MFP calorie limit doesn't change with weight loss? Most other sites I've seen adjust the daily amount in line with a person's weight.

Hi there, when you check in, which should be fairly regularly, I am told that this should adjust your goals etc.
In terms of calories - I would rather work that out myself after looking at my TDEE/BMR so I can make sure it is appropriate for me rather than being a general calculation.0 -
MFP will ask you to adjust after a 10lb loss0

It does change, when you update your weight loss. I started with 1800 cal 6 months ago, and on 1200cal since July.0

Ok. Thanks everyone.
I've lost 26 pounds and have just logged Day 60, so not sure why mine isn't being changed.0 -
Mine only changed once, but Im a slow loser. It doesn't change with every pound you lose, will probably keep you steady til nearer your goal.0
