how do you know when your body is literally done losing inches and it is where it wants to stay or just because it can't lose anymore inches? I haven't lost any inches since last oct, all measurements are the same. yet i want to still lose some body fat, so if i am losing body fat ( which i know i have since last oct) wouldn't that still change my measurements?

Are you comfortable where you are?--Do your clothes fit where you are? If you have certain areas you need help with--Google sites that give you specific exercises for THAT area.

it's besides the fact if i am comfortable in my clothes, i really wonder if i am just done losing inches and this is the place i will stay always? If i can still lose more or if this is my body's "SPOT"? i know the last bit is harder to lose and i didn't know if i just haven't push myself enough to get that last bit off or it my body will tell me, " no matter how hard you go now days, i will not get smaller"...

There really isn't any such thing. I mean, most people are pretty happy with being around 15% body fat which is (relatively) not too hard to maintain. But some people want to get 8% body fat, very difficult to maintain.

I guess the answer is, you'll finish losing inches when you reach 8% body fat. Whether you want to have 8% all the time, is a whole another question.

these body fat percentages are for men... for women it depends what look you want:

soft/curvy = 22-28% (although how curvy you are depends on your bone structure as well)

firm, not so much muscle definition = 18-22%

visible muscle definition and 6 pack abs = 15%

female body builder look = 13%

higher numbers are easier to maintain than lower numbers, and for health reasons women shouldn't stay at 13% long term... female body builders usually let their body fat percentage go up to around 18% off season

there's no one answer for everyone. Are you happy with your body the way it is? That's the question you need to ask yourself, and bear in mind that you will always find small imperfections, no matter what, so don't sweat the small things, consider the major things.

why do you feel you have to push yourself to get the last bit off... you don't have to do that and you don't have to be perfect. If your body fat percentage is in the healthy range and you're happy with how you look.... then that's when you're done. If you're not happy, e.g. you really really want 6 pack abs and you are finding it hard going... that's when you need to consider if having 6 pack abs are worth the hard work or not.... once you're in the healthy body fat percentage range, decisions like this are about aesthetics, not health. If you understand that, and consider you want that look badly enough, then go for it. If you don't think it's worth it, and you're happy with where you are, then it's your body, no-one has the right to impose their opinions on you regarding what you should look like or how hard you're supposed to work for something that is only about aesthetics anyway. however if your body fat percentage is not yet in the healthy range, then I think it's a good idea to keep going until it is.
