Hey y'all ![ ](https://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/resources/emoji/smile.png)
Alright, so I'm going to start IIFYM (if it fits your macros), to try and break through my plateau. I went onto the IIFYM website to calculate my macros and all that, however I'm a little confused as to whether I should be hitting those after exercise or just before? Typically, I have no problem hitting them before exercise, but afterwards, I tend to have more left. I stopped counting calories a while back, and am now just focusing on the fats, carbs, and proteins. Any help is greatly appreciated!

If you are choosing to do IIFYM, you DO NOT eat your exercise calories back. You eat whatever you have calculated as your macros. It already calculates a calorie allotment based upon your physical activity.0
