Greek Yogurt

So, my mother recently introduced me to these Mullers "Corners" Greek Yogurts. They are absolutely amazing. (Although, I try not to eat all of the fruit in the corner because it can be higher in sugar.) But, they are really good, and this is coming from someone who really never liked yogurt. I find it fascinating. I use these as breakfast or snacks now. Love em!
Has anyone else tried these?

Don't try NOOSA though - it's soooo darn good, and high in calories. My mouth is watering just thinking about it.0

I LOVE LOVE LOVE Noosa. It's also high in protein.
I watch my calories, I try to stick to what I have set, but if I end up going a little over, it's not the end of the world. (Not saying anyone here said it was. I'm just saying for me...). I try to pay more attention to my protein and fiber.0 -
i lovee those greek corners! they are so high in calories that i try to view them as a dessert though. they're so delicious! i usually just eat plain, nonfat yogurt, so these flavored ones are a bit of a splurge.
since i'm almost positive that the yogurt is vanilla flavored which means it has added sugars and flavors.

High in calories? The ones I have are only 150 cals (or less). A good snack. Especially if I work out that day. I don't find that high in calories. Which do you eat?0 -
I haven't tried those specific kinds, but I have been experimenting with others and I have to say that I am in LOVE! I love them as a filling snack, full of protein and all sorts of good stuff
I tried a banana cream one and it was seriously like a dessert, oh and a key lime one was AMAZING! Right now I have a bunch of blackberry, blueberry and strawberry ones in my fridgeSuch a great way to satisfy my sweet tooth and fill me up

I haven't tried that kind, but greek yogurt is the best. My favorite is plain Fage 0%. You can add cocoa powder or fresh fruit, add it to curries or lentil dishes, make it into a smoothie, just eat it plain...0

Yep, those are the ones I eat! They are higher in calories than the yogurts I usually eat (always light, under 100 calories) so it's amazing how those extra 50 calories means I can't have one of my usual snacks (plum, rice cake, apple, etc). They are so good though.0
