      Living in Honolulu and just joined here. I started my weight loss journey about 3 years ago and have lost about 50 lbs going from 170 to 120. I am at goal weight and would like to shed maybe 5-10 lbs. more and maintain that weight loss. I need more accountability by tracking my food intake. I love to eat, and moderation is not in my vocabulary, so now, I am beginning to look at healthy eating, PLUS moderation! Aloha All!
