SO much hard work, but worth it in the end!! Now I just need to tone up and I think I will be happy with myself for good!!

    Thank you all SO much for the compliments. YOU are ALL inspiring to me, I couldn't have done with without the help of MFP, honestly.

    I never really thought I was overweight, but I knew that I wanted to be way smaller than I was! When I delivered my son in November, I was 204 lbs. Today, I am anywhere between 138-144 and I LOVE that range! I finally have healthy BMI which I love! I am still learning to control my body. I still have problems with portion control when it comes to SWEETS! But I know what will happen if I don't control those urges.

    This is something EVERYONE can do. You need to LOVE that beautiful body of yours and treat it how it deserves to be treated...with respect!!! Good Luck to EVERYONE!!!
