I have trouble meeting my calorie goal.

I try to eat at least 1300 to 1500 calories a day. I have trouble consuming to 1200. I have to force feed myself in order to get food in me :/. I literally had to eat a strawberry smoothie and Belvita breakfast biscuits to get over the 1300 calorie mark >.<. Here is a breakdown of what I had today:

Breakfast:

One banana.
Cup of milk.
Whole wheat bread with a teaspoon of peanut butter.

Snack:

Belvita breakfast biscuit.

Lunch:

Chicken breast with vegetables, two small peppers and an egg.

Snack:

Two teaspoons of peanut butter.
1/8th of a cup of cheese.

Dinner:

Vegetables.
Two Belvita biscuits.
Strawberry and banana smoothie with yogurt and half a cup of milk.

I docked in around 1334 calories when I added it all up. Is this enough to loose weight? I exercise five days a week for forty to fifty minutes.

The amount of calories that you need to -lose- weight is dependent upon your height/weight/age and to an extent, bodyfat%.

If you are having trouble consuming your allotted calories, add in food that is more calorie dense (much like you did today). There is no need to avoid foods that you have been taught are "unhealthy" so long as you are meeting your calorie and hopefully your macro goals.

A few things for you to consider:

-Are you weighing your food for accuracy when logging?
-Are you actually eating the proper amount of calories for your height/weight/age?
    -Cookies are delicious

It looks like it. How much do you weight right now? What are these exercises you're doing? It's best to use the tools here in MFP so you'll have an idea just how much you're taking in and burning up.

You could quickly up your calories by having 1 Tablespoon of peanut butter instead of a Teaspoon and increase the 1/8 c of cheese to the 1/3 or 1/4 c serving.

Were the milk and cheese whole milk, or reduced fat? You can always change them to whole if you were doing reduced or fat-free.

Your diary is closed, so it is hard to give a lot of specific advice. If you are exercising and sweating a lot, maybe consider a sport beverage or coconut water instead of water for 1 or 2 cups, that will add a few calories, also.

Other high-calorie, nutrient dense foods would be:
    beans and rice
    quinoa
    banana
    nuts
    avocado
    dried fruit/trail mix
    olive oil, coconut oil
