Lost 100 LBS with DUKAN. Last 60 with Ketogenic Diet

Hi
I am 27, F, 167 cm or 5 6".
My highest weight was 125 kg or 277 lbs (At December 2011). I struggled with low calorie dieting up to June 2012 with no success at all. Then I started doing Dukan.
I dropped down to 170 lbs or 77 kg with Dukan diet in 6 months (January 2013). I lost 100 pounds.
After a period of yo-yo dieting with carb-fat binges (usually with almonds or hazelnuts up to 500 gr per day, and occasional crap binges with fast food) and low carb + paleo cycles, I managed to maintain my weight around 170 lbs for the last 8 months..
My last binges balloned me up to 190 lbs as of this morning.
Carbs are extremely bad for me. I lose it and binge every time I allow carbs in my diet.
Nuts are also bad because I easily lose control and eat half a kilogram.
This time I will try a ketogenic diet, within paleo limits. That means I'll only eat meats and mostly raw vegetables.
I like to hit the gym and take long walks but I have been skipping it a lot lately. I will get back to exercising 5 days/week.
My goal is 130 lbs or 59 kg. My goal date for this is 1st January 2014.
