Hi guys,
I need some advice about curbing my eating habits
Basically I eat so well during the day and do at least 30 minutes of exercise everyday
But at night I get snacky and end up eating ridiculous things like milo
Plus at work I always find myself snacking on lollies and crap.... because I don't have access to anything else really...
How do I give myself the willpower to go back to my healthy ways..

I would suggest getting rid of all the unhealthy stuff out of your house and replace it with healthy things. Snacking is not bad but if you are always eating unhealthy snacks then it is. Also plan for snacks at work that way when you get snacky you have healthy planned snacks available.0

Just starting eating healthier snacks at your desk bring fruit and nuts. Do the same at home0

Increase workouts ot kbow the calorie count and think of that snack as 10 minutes moor of running and decide if its worthit...0

My office is the worst place I have to face. It's loaded with crappy food.
Read success stories to remind yourself of why you're doing this. Buy some motivation jeans or a beautiful dress and keep them out at home where you can see them.
Eat all your meals so you aren't hungry.
Take lunch and healthy snacks to work (an apple, a container of raw veggies, etc.)
Move the bad snacks out of the area where you work
Drink 8 glasses of water a day and take a large bottle to work with you -- fill with fruit slices like lemon to make it seem more of a treat.0 -
sometimes i have to eat more healthy food, just more food in general til its all healthy, then reduce amounts0

I think part of it is toughing it out. You have to push through it.
Right now you're craving little snacks at those times because you've been giving your body snacks at those times.0
