I just wrote a comment on my profile about drinking enough eater. Statistically, Americans only average about 1 glass of water per day. Those that DO consume water tend to drink it ONLY during exercise but then stop when they're not being active. In order to really maximize results, drinking about a quart for every 50lbs of body weight is optimal!!!0 -
