Big business this is and all most people care about is getting your money.
So much info on the web today means you don't need to walk into no centre and pay someone for a diet you can make one yourself. You only need the basics and this site is a good start.
Food wise that's easy too. It's not hard to make a lifestyle change you just have to want it bad enough.
The letter is good but the fact she's advertising new services just makes it look like she's trying to buy more people over.
Imo eat clean 7 days a week, have one cheat meal a week with a starter,main and dessert and have a drink of your choice. Work out 3 times a week min of 40 mins and you will be fine and lose weight.
For breaking habits of junk eating just go into the diet slowly changing one thing at a time till it becomes the norm.0
