went from a 2x top to a medium or a large and a size 16 to a size 9 in jr's or a 10 in misses. Still have 14lbs to go before I'm at my goal.

    Thank you, I just try to follow my calorie intake as best as I can, I try to walk at least 3 days a week for a minimum of 20 minutes. Feel free to add me my food and exercise diary is open.

    starting was 1550 now i am 1350 daily.
