Just got a Nutribullet and would appreciate any suggestions and /or recipes that you may have tried for weight loss

  • Hello, I just got one as well. It arrived in the mail on Saturday. I plan to go to Trader Joe's tonight to pick up stuff for my blasts. I will let you know what new/good recipes I try. I want to replace regular foods with at least one blast per day. There were good recipes in the book that game with it. Good luck to you on this journey!

ive been using the nutribullet for 6 months and love it. I usually do spinach, kale, broccoli and green leaf lettuce about 3 cups total with any fruit like 1 pear, an apple, a few strawberries. I will say this no not fill water past the mix line or it will go everywhere lol. You can add ice, nuts etc. one thing is I didn't like the carrots in it was too gritty and celery is very overwhelming and powerful kinda takes over the whole juice. feel free to msg me or add as friend

I have a Vitamix but I bet what I make in there would work in the Nutribullet as well. Check out a website called "Simple Green Smoothies." Great recipes!
  • I have been using Nutribullet for about a month now. I don't know yet if it's my imagination, but I do have more energy. However, in the beginning the taste was horrible. I have since learned the items that effect taste. Now I find it tolerable I really don't understand the hype about "tasting great". Yes, compared to dishwater. Am I missing something? Having said all that, I will continue with it because it gives a way to get good food into my bod which I wouldn't otherwise.

Looks the same as the original Bullet. Is there a difference? I ask because I have the original.

I like the vita-berry (spinach, blueberries, strawberries & banana). I'm not much of a veggie eater and would rarely just eat spinach so I think the Nutribullen def helps me get in m vegies & fruit. And it's very easy, quick to use.
