Success is Sweet

Finally hit my goal weight! Last year at this time I was weighing 271.2 pounds, wearing a size 24 in jeans, and being considered morbidly obese by doctors and bmi charts. I am now half of my old weight at 135.2 pounds, wearing a size 4 in jeans, and being considered healthy by doctors and bmi charts. I've re-evaluated and decided that I could still stand to lose some more weight so a new goal is set. Hoping to get rid of 10-15 more pounds. If I can do it anybody can! So if you are struggling stick with it! YOU CAN DO IT and will feel better and better as you get closer to your goal. Health and success really are sweeter than cookies and cake!

Thanks all! What worked for me was counting calories, learning appropriate portion sizes, and moving more. I can't figure out how to post pictures.
