    Interested in more specific details, but sounds like something I might like to do.

    I'm looking for it to be really mellow with weekly-ish weigh-ins and lots of laughs/motivation. There is not a specific exercise regime to try. My hope is we all set our own challenges and goals and blast through them. :)

    Right now, just a place for motivation, weekly challenges (set by ourself for our own goals), and weigh-ins. I'm always open for ideas!

    I would love to take part in that. My first challenge on here was a Christmas challenge (back in 2011) and it really helped me kick it into high gear!

    It's a good idea. I'm in the "Christmas 2013 Weight Loss Challenge." It is keeping me focused on my goals and I think it will really help as we head into the holiday treat season, which starts with Halloween and heads on over into the new year with Valentine's Day and Easter. Yikes, I'd better get up and get busy...I want to have a few, alright ,let's face it, a lot of those sweet treats. If you decide not to start a new group, feel free to join us.
