Is this too much?

So every morning I eat 3 eggs, then I do 45 minutes of cardio (either the elliptical or the bike with resistance at a steady pace). I work about 40 hours a week right now and I'm constantly moving and on my feet. For lunch I have either a small caesar wrap, or a pizza wrap. Dinner varies every night. After work I do another 45 minutes of cardio then I do strength training (I never do the same muscle group more then once a week). I've been taking creatine (following the dosage instructions on the container) and I make a small protein shake after I do strength exercises. Once a week I run outside, at the moment I'm only running 2kms (a little over a mile I believe). I try to push myself a little bit further each week with all of my exercises. My goal isn't necessarily to lose weight but to lose body fat %. I'm on my third week of this and it's exhausting but at the same time I have a lot more energy now. I'm more or less wondering if you can work out too much? Also I haven't gained or lost any weight and I've changed my diet to eating better foods and only consuming water and my shake.

Also I only eat gluten free foods as I have an intolerance for gluten.

It doesn't seem to be too much. I guess you're going for the wrong food groups, maybe having too many carbs and/or fat. Try to eat less of those and more protein.

Too much what? I'd say 1.5 hrs of cardio every day is about 3-4 times as much as you need.

In general, yes, it's possible to work out too much. Overtraining can lead to injury. There's nothing wrong with rest days.

I don't know if you're overtraining, though, because I don't know enough about you (your stats, your current level of fitness, the particulars of your diet and exercise).
