NEED FRIENDS

HI, I am motivated to loose this weight and have used mfp before and slipped off track, but I am back and am ready to do this!! Looking for some friends that are motivated and would like to give and receive encouragement and are not judgmental. If you would like to be my friend add me :) I have been back at this for 7 days and have lost 8lbs :) super excited!!!

    I need support too and have used this but never added any people so it has not been as effective as it could be. Still trying to figure out how it all works. But it looks like you are doing something right. That's a lot in a short period of time. Don't forget this is the long haul, you don't want to burn out you want something you can keep doing. I have found I'm really liking Zumba cause it's fun and it's a big calorie burner, not sure it can really be as much as it says on here but I sweat profusely and still love it. The diet part I struggle with.

    Supportive friends has been the key to success. Finding friends that stick with it, log daily and let you see their daily eating is so important and honestly hard to find I am planning to keep this up and so appreciate friends who are doing the same and read my logging and give me supportive comments. I would be happy to be that for you.

    I would like share this great blog...Can You Stay for Dinner. A young woman like yourself that went on a weight loss journey and succeeded. It is fun to read and her recipes are reasonable both in ingredients and budget. She has for the past 9 weeks put her Mom on a diet and I have found lots of good ideas. Most importantly, the plan has reinforced the most difficult thing for me- PORTION CONTROL.
