A post workout shake with chocolate and peanut butter....yum

I made this up today because I was having a peanut butter craving and didn't want bread. I used the chocolate shake powder that I had, but any protein powder would work.

Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Shake

Items in this meal (Calories Carbs Fat Protein Iron Calcium)
Kraft (Canada) - 25% Less Light Peanut Butter, 1 tbsp 80 6 6 3 2 0
Dairyland - 1% Milk, 1 cup (250 mL) 110 12 3 9 0 30
Attain Shake - Chocolate, 0.5 scoop 60 7 2 5 2 4

Total: 250 25 11 17 4 34

Totally delicious! Cured the chocolate and peanut butter craving in one snack!

    That's funny. I've recently been adding about a tablespoon (maybe a touch more) to my GNC Pro Performance Amp chocolate protein powder drink thingy. But I've still been using water. Yeah. It's yummy.

    You should try it with Vanilla Almond milk... instead of the water or regular milk. Its the BOMB!

    I drink something similar but it's only 185 calories
    I use a meal replacement shake (chocolate flavor) called Shakeology that has calories.
    I add 2 TBS of PB2 (powdered peanut butter available through bellplantation.com) that is only calories!
    I know powdered PB sounds weird but it is SUPER yummy mixed into shakes instead of the full fledged version.
    Less calories, less fat too.
    I use water for my basic shake, but Vanilla Almond Milk would be good too!
