Upper Arms question

So far I've lost 30 pounds but I'm noticing that I've got a lot of extra skin on my upper arms and I know it's just going to get worse as I continue to lose weight. Can anyone recommend some exercises that are good for that? I don't really want to have plastic surgery to have it removed if I can firm it up or whatever.
Thanks!
Thanks!

I wish I could but I also have "chicken under arms lol" I wish I couldnt find a way I work out and have done what the trainers tell me too and i still have skin. As well as super hard abs but it's underneath the baby fat that also won't go away0

Try standing up straight with your arms out to the side (so you basically look like the letter t) with a light pair of weights. Hold it for as long as you can (watch your form - don't let arms drop or elbows lock). Do this a few times a week until you can hold it for 3 mins with relative ease. My husband taught me this a few weeks ago and it is really starting to tighten my underarm area and build definition without bulk. Works the abs a little bit too. I also do push ups, bicep curls and tricep extensions twice a week. So far it all seems to be helping - hope it helps you too:)0

That is one of the draw backs to losing a lot of weight is the skin that just hangs. Over time it will get better, but the older we are the longer it takes.
If you have a lot of skin that you want to get rid of. One thing to think about is, donating it to burn victums. There are places that will remove it for free, but it is only for serious problems.0 -
try bio oil & some of the pregnancy body butters. It will help with the elasticity of your skin0

You're right about the age thing! I will remember the burn victims that you mentioned if I have to go that route. Thanks!0 -

RE: donating to burn victims - Wow i've never heard of that, but it makes sense to me
I read posts from people who have lost 80 to 100 pounds or more and they also said that the skin will recede but it can take a few years.0 -
This is why I weight train three days a week at the Y....or in Stephen's shop0
