hi there,
I'm looking for workout videos as you can see from the subject. I have a six month old, so not a massive amount of time to concentrate on one thing, but it would be nice to know what other people used and how they did with them.
many thanks in advance for your help

HI there!
I've got a few that are broken up into 10 minute sections...these are great for when i'm short on time... I've got the 10 minute belly blaster and a barbara currie yoga dvd, (I got these off ebay for less than a fiver each) there are also some really good phone apps which are 10 mins or less most of them free too!
It's really hard with a little one, I know I've been there! So good luck and hope this helps :bigsmile:0 -
I don't use a workout video but I would recommend two workout programs for your phone or Ipad - Sworkit - has video clips showing how its done and Skimble accompanied with pictures of people doing the exercise
Both are well worth a look - I use Sworkit the most burn around 230-250 calories for a 20 min full intensity cardio workout.
Good luck finding something that works for you0 -
30 Day Shred (20 mins)
The Butt Bible (Level 1 20 mins, Level 2 30 mins, Level 3 40 mins)
Both can be found on youtube0 -
The 10 minute workout solutions has a range of DVD's that are great or the Jillian Michaels 30 day shred in about 25 mins in total

Nike Fitness has an app that you can download on your iphone or ipad. There are quite a few workouts to choose from. I do these when I want a quick workout. Also as a previous poster said, Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred is also good. I noticed results when I did the series.
Hope that helps!!0 -
I've had good results with Rosemary Conley DVDs - the "7-day slim down" is broken up into sections of approx 20 mins, some aerobic-based others more toning, but they all have a warm up/cool down incorporated. I also have "real women - real results" and "A New You (with Colleen Nolan)" - both these have warm up, cool down, aerobic and targeted toning sections so you can design your own workout - so just warm up, hib and thigh and cool down, for example.
I also LOVE Wii Zumba - you have the option to do a single song, a short (20min) medium (45min) or full length class or do make your own playlist.0
