I am on a goal of losing weight. as assume all of us are.
I hope to one day be healthy and more out going. right now me and mirrors don't get along, so I don't have any.
I am severely over weight and will take a long time for me to reach my goal. but I know as long as I stick to my plan I can achieve this.
I hope to make friends. get advice. and maybe give some while telling myself if you can give the advice you can eat your own words.
I am still not eating all the foods that I should. but I am teaching myself how to proportion my meals.
Any tips on what I need or should do is much welcomed.

    Welcome to MyFitnessPal. I hope that you enjoy your stay. I have found that everyone on here has been very supportive and it really does help :) I know what it's like to be overweight as I have been pretty much all of my life, but so far I have been on my healthy eating plan for nearly 5 weeks and I have lost a stone so far. I'm sure that you can do it. I never thought that I'd be doing this well and I am. Good luck with the weight loss. Feel free to add me as a friend if you wish.
