Spent Sunday at the hospital with my father and I thought I logged in via my blackberry but Monday I at 4:30 am woke up in cold sweat. . MFP told me that I had not logged in Sunday:explode: . 158 days in a row lost:sad: ! I am mad, depressed and very much lacking in motivation. Saturday - Today I have eaten the WORSE food(s) I have eaten in a very long time. I cannot find anything to make me log in my food. I have gained 1.75 pounds in these days. Seeing those 150 plus days grow was my driving force. Now each small step seems like it will only make me angry:noway: ! Any advice:flowerforyou: ?

I see your signature saying and said to myself - that's the answer for you. Who cares what MFP says - you know you did it!

The POWER of you is within you - release that power to the world.

I'm going through a similar thing and I need some motivation too. I'm startingover tomorrow. I've gained back 10 pounds that I've lost and I'm done with it. So I'm logging all of my food for tomorrow and I'm getting back on track. Maybe we can hold each other accountable?

We know! And you know! Don't let a ticker control your life. Make a note of those days so you don't forget (put them in your siggy for example) Let the whole world know! Shout it to the tops of the roof tops. This is something actually worth shouting about. Keep up the excellent work!
  • Not so much advice but...

Listen, I disabled that damn thing because it was reverse motivation to me!!! Seriously...if you have logged in for 158 days in a row (basically HALF A YEAR) then you deserve a medal not a beat down from yourself!!:noway:

You are obviously doing amazing, and its not about PERFECTION, who can manage that??? If you were perfect I would never learn anything about the obvious lessons you have learned to get where you are because you would be to damn intimidating!! (not to mention inaccessible!!!)

I hope you can pick yourself up and decide what does and what does not define you...and please tell me that little counter is not what defines you! If you need that, and hey, motivation comes in all forms, run to your calendar, put 158 big red X's on the last 158 days and glory in what you have accomplished!!! I knwo I am proud of you, and I am about 64 days in... :flowerforyou:

NO! I think you can go back a day and enter stuff....I have done that before. At the top where the date is shown there is a little arrow on each end of that bar. Click the one on the right side to go back and you can go back to whatever day and make adjustments.
