Insanity am i doing it right :)

hi ive just done my first week, am really enjoying it and doing it everyday but a Sunday like it says. but am not going by the eating plan, am staying under my 1500 calories a day eat fruit,veg etc i never gone over. Am just wondering if i will still lose weight doing this and see the difference. what should u be doing on ur day off doing insanity? what is everyone else eating? advise would be great

I didn't follow any specific diet plan while on Insanity; I just stuck to my MFP goals, and I lost quite a bit of weight. I also lost more when I started eating back my exercise calories.
I also didn't use any recovery formula, protein supplements or shakeology. I prefer to get my nutrients from eating a wide variety of whole foods.0 -
what net mean? soz i worked out by using the method they said to found out what calories i should be eating0
