It can be pretty dangerous with any kind of long-term use. One of the main ingredients is senna, which is a laxative. So it can cause all the joyful laxative side effects like cramping, diarrhea, dehydration, etc. It also acts as a diuretic, which is definitely not good. Here's more information on side effects:

I did try it for a week and was so miserable that no amount of weight loss (which wasn't much and was all water and "other" stuff) could make me use it again :noway: I think I lost about 3 pounds that week, but the cramping, nausea, dizziness and everything else was just too much to handle. Plus, as soon as I stopped drinking the tea, my body "reclaimed" all the hydration it lost.

OMG. I used this tea ONCE. It was sooo painful- and to make it worse I was stuck in a car... Cramping like I was going into labor. Then I had diarrhea for about 2 hours. Soooo not worth it.

Just stick to eating in a caloric deficit.. stop looking for anything else, there is nothing...

Those teas are usually nothing but a laxative with caffeine. Long term use of laxatives can be very harmful.

They will not make you lose fat. As another poster already pointed out, stop looking for other things to do the work for you. There is nothing that will make you lose besides a calories deficit.
