What BF% is that?
Not flexed of course, because flexed four pack is visible at 20+%.

It depends on more than just body fat percentage.
  • What?
Do you have a blurry four pack?

If the muscle is worked to become larger, it will be able to be seen through fat easier.

So, if the muscle isn't developed well, it requires a much lower body fat percentage to be seen.

I have a tight pilsbury doughboy that changes into a blurry sixpack depending on the time of day and what the moon is doing.
I think I'm about 19-24% body fat. How's that for science?

15% min as a rule like they said, depends on development of the ab muscles.
12% you should be able to see everything.

Personally i am just under 19% and i can see top 2 sets, and the sides very well. Doesn't take much in the way of belly fat to cover those suckers up :P

Why don't you post a picture? Full body- you can blur out the face for anonymity if you like) - just the abs alone won't get you any valuable feedback.
