Serious question: what's body shaming? Not being facetious here, just never heard the expression and I'm genuinely curious.

Body shaming... it's just what it sounds like. You are shaming another's body, typically based on your own personal taste or opinion. It is perfectly acceptable to have your own preferences, but insulting someone because of your own preferences or because of some social construct of, say, feminine beauty, is body shaming. It doesn't matter whether someone is fit or not, thin or fat, tall or short, curvy or flat like a board, it is their body and it is their choice to do what they do with it, so regardless of what you think of their appearance you should not shame it. When talking about someone who is muscular like that woman, or even someone who is overweight (even if this is a fitness site), just... if they can love themselves, let them.

Not the most specific definition, but I was trying to get the feeling of it across. It falls within the parameters of "if you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything at all," because even if in one person's opinion something is unattractive, beauty and aesthetics are subjective to culture, region, media, and personal taste.
