So, I just bought my first juicer, a nice, cheap Black and Decker. I wanted to put a shoutout to the MFP community for some good recipes to try out! Please post any juicing recipes and combos you have tried and like!
Also, when it comes to counting the nutrition in homemade juice, would I just count it like whole fruit? Thanks in advance!

I had the same question about how to count the veggies and fruit I juice? I hope some more experienced juicers can help us. Thanks for asking the question!0

My favourite juice recipe is: 4 carrots, 2 apples, 1/2 lemon....most of the time thought I just throw some green stuff (kale, spinach, celery, cucumber, romaine) in with a piece of fruit and some lemon.
www.rebootwithjoe.com is a good site for recipes if you want to try some out to see what you like
And no, the nutrition is different because you are removing the fiber.0
