Okay, i said i would post pics of my progress, so here they are. Really happy with how far i've come in the past 3 months. These pics are 154 lbs and 133 lbs. (5'8" small frame). Still aiming to lose a bit more bodyfat and gain some more muscle.

You look fab, well done. Have you done this with just counting calories, or doing exercise as well?

    Thanks :)

    What i've done:
    1. Track calories in and calories out (MFP and Fitbit). I have a food scale and i use it.
    2. Hydraulic resistance training 3 times a week (Curves) usually for about 30 min.
    3. Intermittent fasting (8 hr feeding window) and also make sure i get a solid 8 hrs of sleep every night in a fasted state.
    4. Gluten-free because of my hypothyroidism and to improve iron absorption (chronic anemia from blood loss).

Thanks everyone. I'm still amazed at how far i've come in the past few months, and even more so, that past few years... even with all the health challenges i've faced. The big turning point was realizing that my health issues were not excuses, but challenges, and that improving my health would not be easy, but it's also not impossible. One day at a time. Enjoying the journey. :)

    168 lbs Summer 2011, and 133 lbs Summer 2013 :)

    Okay, sorry...

I mean, really sorry here... but.......

How did you keep the "girls"?????

Those were the first to go on me, and didn't have much to begin with. You're a lucky lady indeed!

ETA: You look amazing, BTW. Not trying to take away from that. Yeah, a little jealous.

Haha, no worries. They definitely shrunk. I was a 34F at my heaviest, and i'm a 34 D now. They were just realllly big to start with so I don't think they will ever be small. Please don't be jealous... i'd love to be perkier and not be covered in stretch marks and not have lose skin... but everyone has something to be grateful for if you look at yourself through a more forgiving lens. :) I also have a family history of breast cancer, so I may lose them entirely someday, and i'm okay with that too... so please don't be jealous. Appreciate the good you have, while you have it. Life is to short to feel any other way.

I'd say soy might help with growth in that area because it's estrogenic, but I don't really recommend that because I have uterine fibroids and those are worsened by having too much estrogen. :/

    Anyway, thanks everyone. :)
