I have found a few products that have really helped me with weight loss... thought i would share:
Vita tops.... for a quick and healthy breakfast or snack! Only 100 calories and lots of nutritional ingredients. "better for you than an apple." I love these!! Especially the chocolate/mint vita top!
PB2- Powdered peanut butter 85% less calories than actual peanut butter. I LOVE pb2!!! I put it on toast and in shakeology! I LOVE peanut butter, so this is a life saver!
Shakeology- I am not a beachbody coach. I am just an honest costumer! Chocolate shakeology tastes just like a chocolate milk shake. I use it as a meal and a snack. When i use it as a meal, i put milk, banana, and PB2 in it to up the calories. I drink it just how it is when i use it as a snack! At only 140 calories... this is a great product! I always feel great after drinking it.

Where do you buy your Vita tops? I can only find one type at my grocery store.0

Kim's Magic Pop. It's Fat Free and low in calories (even lower than rice cakes) It's also made from Wheat, brown rice and corn. I use it instead of crackers. I goes great with hummus.

I order vita tops online.
Shakes can be hard to do as a meal. But if you do it as a snack- it is so filling youll probably eat a lot less for your meal.0 -
I also use Shakeology and love it. I have noticed that it keeps me more full as a meal than other shakes because of all that it has in it. If you go to the website and take a look at the looooooong list of ingredients, you'll see what I mean! Plus, and it may sound gross at first, but this stuff actually regulates my digestive system much better than any yogurt ever could. That means I am less bloated and more "regular."
I also like to use almond milk instead of skim milk. I do this because even though skim milk is fat free, there are tons of sugar grams per cup and I didn't realize that!!! Almond milk (which is about the same price for half a gallon anyway) is only 60 calories per cup with low fat and low sugar. That means it is more balanced, and I love love LOVE the taste. It's like milk with just a hint of almond flavor.
Cinnamon is something that I love as well. I have heard research about it being able to minimize insulin spikes, and whether or not it is true, after I dumped it on top of my oatmeal, I won't go back! It tastes really good. Plain oatmeal is boring, but add some berries and cinnamon and it is fantastic.0 -
