About Cheat Meal

I have a question and im curious,, is cheat meal is you will eat and drink anything u want in a day like for snacks,breakfast,lunch & Dinner or only you will eat and drink anything u want in cheat meal like at breakfast only,snacks only or dinner only,,?

    I don't do cheat meals, but if you would like to do them, I suggest only doing a cheat meal like breakfast or something, instead of an entire cheat day. A person could easily put down 5000 calories on a cheat day, so a cheat meal would limit damage.

    I agree--and I prefer that the meal be lunch (not going to eat a cookie at breakfast).

    I don't do cheat days or meals. I eat whatever I want whenever I want as long as it fits into my calories. Of course I incorporate a lot more fruits and vegetables into my diet now than I used to and I also make better decisions when cooking and eating out. The only time I ever go over my calories is on the game nights my husband and I have with our friends once a month (because I'll have drinks), but I make sure that my calories for the week even out.hope this helps you some with decision making!

    I do a cheat day once a month. It is a whole day and just have whatever I have recently been craving. Its always something different! Since it is just once a month, it hasnt messed with my weight loss a bit.
