If you could eat one food...

Options
If there was one food in the world that you could always eat and never gain anything after eating it, what would it be? I can't choose between my favorite coffee drink (500 calories, yikes!) or a CRISPY chicken salad from BK.

    a cheese sandwich on thick, dense, sourdough multi grain bread, smeared with olive oil, tapanade, piled high with stinky smelly cheese and tomatoes.

    (I know you said "one food", sorry).

    That's not to say that i don't indulge ocassionally, but i realize that i do better with less bread so i try to restrain myself.

    Steak and macaroni and cheese (the fake Velvetta cheese kind!) if I'm not bothering to be healthy. If I am, salmon, artichokes with mayo, and rice pilaf. Both for the yummy rather than the nutrition, it's the the unhealthy and healthier favorite meals.

    I'm not proud of this, but probably Doritos. Everything else I've learned to eat in moderation, but if I become aware of a quantity of available Doritos, that is the quantity which will shortly be inside my body. The only winning move is not to play.
