Insanity Week 2, I got worse???

Hi, I just finished my 2nd week of insanity and did my second fit test (beginning of week 3) and I did WORSE than I did on Day 1! How is it, after all that hard work, all the pain, shin wraps, Ace knee wrap, diet change, sweating, crying, wheezing on the floor, screaming, throwing up, calling in to work, not being able to move for the first few days, that I got WORSE? I'm feeling completely gyp'd here!
Has anyone else experienced this? I'm incredibly discouraged at this point.

Aside from the fit test results do you look or feel any better?
I dont start Insanity for a few days so i cant help as far as expected fit test results, if it was me though i would power through it just to have completed it and see where you are at the end of 30 & 60 days0 -
It could be because youv just started that your muscles arent fully recovered from the change yet. Im doing insanity as well and did the second fit test couple days ago and i increased most reps but some stayed the same, youv got to give your body time to adjust, youl prob find next time youl smash your counts by loads and remember dont compromise form0

terry I actually look fatter but I suspect that's because the condensed fat inside me is broken down in preparation to be burned off (because I am more "jiggly" than before if that makes any sense)
I'm not sure if I feel better or not, I know it sounds weird but it seems like so long ago that I can't remember , I know I've quit world of warcraft since then because I can't bear to sit down for hours on end anymore, so maybe I feel better, but I did today just fine, I think I will power through thanks good luck with your Insanity experience as well
Tribes, thank you for the reassurance and encouragement, I hope the best for both of us! That *kitten* is ba-nanas yo0 -
I start week 4 today and my jeans are actually tighter but the scales have came down a pound and i can see that my muscles are toning . Il continue to do insanity after my 60 days just because ' i luv it' and ' wanna look good' lol. If you measure yourself just now and then remeasure every week when you weigh yourself you might notice more of a difference . Have fun with it , im sure you' l get your results jus Dig Deeper0
