    If it is all I get to eat for the rest of my life, I want things with lots of ingredient so that I can mix it up or pick stuff out... LOL

    1) Chipotle Chicken Salad Bowl with beans, rice, fajita veggies, lettuce, pico, guac, sour cream, green tomatillo, medium salsa and cheese

    2) Garden salad with steak, berries, feta, and nice balsamic dressing
