New to fitbit, not to mfp. Wanna be my friend?

Hey y'all. I have a brand new fitbit one and am looking for ideas, suggestions, support, encouragement from other fitbit uses. I was an MFP member for a number of years but just today I changed my identity, so I currently have no friends. I liked the the tracking options of MFP, but after adding a number of friends I became distracted by the daily drama (read whining) that popped up in my feed. That, and the well-intentioned people who commented "Great job!" and "You go, girl!" after every half pound weight loss or reports of 100 calories burned. (OK, so I was just whining as well. Oops.)
It appears that MFP has made great improvements since I was away. I am looking forward to getting back in the swing of this, and learning more about my fitbit. If you friend me, I promise not to whine.

You can add me, but I can't promise I won't say good job a time or two. No drama. I avoid drama.0

I am a Fitbit user too, also looking for friends to join up with and get more active with MyFitnessPal. I have used this site before but I am a lapsed user. My fitbit profile page is this: http://www.fitbit.com/user/24Y6DP0

too scared, I am a natural cheerleader, and may offend you. I think ANY advance is worth acknowledgment. Hope you, like Goldilocks, find friends that are "just right".0

Poohpooh, I'm not a meanie! I just got tired of the silliness. If I burn 500 calories in a workout, I welcome - nay, I EXPECT - a round of applause. But if I complete the day under my calorie goal, that's a good thing, but not worthy of high praise. I suspect this wouldn't be an issue if MFP would give us a "like" button.0
