My boyfriend also plays, and when i deleted my charatcers and explained to him about why i hate the gae and why i dont want to be apart of it, he seemed to undertsand and support me.cool starry brah. tldr but can you tell us more about your boyfriend?Has a boyfriend and hates the gae. Well, I don't really Edit: need a specific bcaa supplement. I bought it a while ago 1 year ish ago? But i get more then enough from my protons if i take about 2-3 scoops a day. Helps you recovery faster, helps lose weight throughout the day yada yada.

Not sure why you hating when Bcaa's are mostly taken by people to help you recover(simplest terms). Added the protein synthesis part since that's probably what you were looking for. Gave you a reply that wasn't what you wanted. But still correct.

Point of this entire site was to share your journey, motivate each other, help each other.
The fact that I don't type according to your conventions and you make fun of that, disregard the solid facts, just shows that you aren't all that accepting. You can argue that I made fun of you etc, but that was mostly giving you guys what you expected of me; because you are quick to judge. Give you a decently healthy meal that you can prepare easily, time efficient since most of you are in your 30+ and need quick meals. Instead of spending time slaving away in the kitchen and not spending it in the gym.
Meal had 50g's of protons, 36 grams of fat that came mainly from the avocados, 35 carbs, 651 cals. Prepped in 10 minutes. tops. Just because it did not require "cooking" doesn't mean it doesn't provide you with nutritional benefits which is what this site is about. Something 70% of you in this thread should be looking at.
