I'm cutting out about -600 deficit.

I'm going to be doing 50/25/25 P/C/F

I've heard some really good results with this, just wondering what everyone has had good luck with in their cutting phase?

please acknowledge my training/cardio I will be doing.

Thanks guys, would love to hear your advice.

  • I just switched my macros to the same percentages. I'm working out 6 days a week. Generally circuit training and/or jogging. I'm at a plateau so that's why I switched up the macros. I haven't seen results yet but hopefully the scale will drop soon. I'd day you're on a good plan.
