Digorno pizza for the kids and lasagna from a box for hubby. I have yet to make a decision on dinner for me. What are you having?

6 shrimp cocktail with avacado and tomatoes... my new found love... I can't have shrimp often because of my cholesterol so I will cherish all 6 of them shrimpies... LOL

I hadn't decided yet, but after looking through these ideas, I'm thinking an omelet with spinach, bell peppers (I have orange, yellow, red, and green), onions/scallions, and some turkey bacon sounds like a plan!
As it's just my daughter and I for dinner, she'll either have a PB&J or mac & cheese, or possibly an omelet then too.

hmmmm... this made me realize I haven't even thought about dinner... I'm thinking fresh and tasty homemade vegetarian tacos with portobellos, vegan chicken, avacado and pico and a nice side salad... yum fest0

Just made a salad with bagged salad leaves from the chuck out shelf in Tesco, turkey breast chunks and reggae reggae scotch bonnet sauce which has blown my head off lol.0
