I changed my total calories to 1000 so I would not see so many calories available to me each day.
I realized as long as I thought I could eat so many...I would, whether I wanted them or not.
I know I am playing games with my head but it may work.

I just hope you're not eating only 1000 a day. My doc said that 1100 was really the absolute lowest I should go. 1200 is recommended lowest for women.

yeah- unless you are really really short- like below 5ft.- you really dont wanna go below 1200-1100 on a regular basis. I messed up my metabolism that way and would have rather it taken a little longer to lose than have to re-regulate my metabolism- that was a real bummer and has continued to plague me a bit. I didnt really believe people when they warned me but I wish I hadnt have done it. just would hate to see it happen to someone else.

    hang in there,

Thank you for your thoughts. I really am NOT going down to 1000. I admit I have had trouble getting up to 1200 most of the time, who would have thought! But I keep it usually around it. I am just using the 1000 to fool myself for a while.
I was just finding myself eating more and more each day and it was creeping over sometimes and I didn't want to get in the habit.
I will watch it though, thank you both for the:reply.
