I'm experimenting. Does a visual record of our activity - eating and exercise - affect the activity? In other words, does tracking what we eat and how we exercise affect our weight and strength / flexibility? And does seeing a data trend mean more than our own self-impression?
Evidence suggests that it does, but I would love to get some real-world feedback from those of you who have experimented with diet and exercise routines.

Tracking works. Weight and measurements, exercise and food. When you can look at things on a page you learn something. (Same applies to financial planning, just try saving without a budget)
This site has been a great help to me to keep going. I lost the first 10 so many times. Now I am working on my 25th pound. Slow and steady, methodical tracking works.
