Any nurses of healthcare workers from ontario

I am 52 year young nurse looking for friends to help with support and have about 40 or 50 pounds to lose. I have been down this road before but want to change my whole health outlook. I know there are many nurses out there that have the same problem as me. Eating at night and lack of exercise. Lets change obesity amongst nurses or healthcare works!!!!
