Need some Motivating friends

Whats up guys, i'm here because i want to make some friends who are serious about losing weight. I have already lost about 34 pounds, but i find it hard sometimes to work out or to eat good! Sometimes i feel like a i need a little push, i can do the same for you! Please add me if you guys are interested!

    Hey buddy welcome I'm new here was well. What works best for me is create a calorie food plan and buy all those items and stick to it and only it. I have been doing 1200 calories 5 days a week, eating as low as possible (usually 500) on Saturday then weighing myself Sunday morning and then Sunday is my cheat day where I TRY not to go over 2500. Check out my food diary for today and see my diet plan maybe it will help you out. Also I go to the gym 3 times a week and whatever I do I push harder and harder each time I go.   • I'm always looking for motivating friends!! I think we all need to take the time to motivate each other!!! I have like 150pds i want to lose I just started 3 weeks ago and i'm down 12lbs so far! In the gym 5 days a week and counting my calories!!! That's all you can do :O)
