Chocolate Marshmallow Treat!

Cooking spray
4 regular sized marshmallows
1 cup (or a serving size) of Chocolate cheerios

1. Spray microwave safe bowl with cooking spray.
2. Put 4 marshmallows in the bowl.
3. Microwave for 20 seconds or until the marshmallows poof up to twice their size.
4. Pour in chocolate cheerios.
5. Mix

Calories: 203 Carbs: 46 Fat: 2 Protein: 2 Sodium:195 Sugar: 27

Not great on the nutritional front but it does the job to cure a chocolate and/or rice krispie craving.
