    I was just wondering this question too! I was wondering if I was the only one! Lol. Now I force myself to get on there once a day as soon as I wake up that's when I'm the lightest. I'm always a pound heavier in the afternoon,it's so annoying

    I don't have any specific brands to get but I've noticed that you need to weigh yourself in the same spot. Floors can be uneven giving you different reading each time.
    Never on carpet like someone posted earlier.

    Honestly I was curious too, especially about digital ones because I find the needle ones to be slightly imprecise but honestly I think that as long as you use the same scale in the same spot and weight yourself always at the same time, you'll still get a general idea on how you're doing.
