How many calories do you limit yourselves to a day?

    My minimum is TDEE-20% which on non-exercise days is about 1500 at the very least. I usually eat more than that, close to 1800 or so on most days. I try to stay in a 10-20% deficit from maintenance for a comfortable pace fat loss.

    1500 - but I do occasionally go over during that time of month..

    I don't have a calorie limit but a calorie GOAL, meaning the amount to aim for. My maintenance is about 2600, currently eating around 2200-2300.
