Fell off the wagon 8 months ago, trying to get back on

Hi All,

About 8 months ago i had lost a total of 24kgs. Went from being 120kgs down to 96kg.
I was so happy and my partner commented how much confidence i had being lighter.

I let it get to my head and rewarded myself for being so good. I guess you could say i never stopped rewarding myself.
I have since put most of it back on and currently weigh 113kg.

I am suppose to me a maid-of-honour in march next year and would love to get back down to 96kg if not lose more by then.

Any support and motivation would be greatly appreciated. I am definitely a struggler and stray a lot while trying to change my lifestyle.

I am so fed up and really want to be lighter, slimmer and healthier for good.

Thank you.

Guess what. The wagon just slowed down and you can easily jump back on. No one will push you or make you do it - you have to want it.

You can do it! As long as you get back on and learn from your mistakes, falling off the wagon is just a little pothole in your journey :)

Hello, everyone. I also fell off the wagon about 10 months ago and regained 45 pounds of the 60 I had lost!!! But I'm getting back on track now. I did it once I can do it again.
