How do you log the insanity workout?

About to start insanity and I'm not sure how to log it into my diary? It's more cardio than if I log just as calisthenics but more calisthenics than if I log as aerobics.... Help! I want to make sure my estimate is fairly accurate without using a heart rate monitor. What do you recommend? Thanks!
