3 stone by Christmas

Hi, I have set myself a challenge - 3 stone by Chrismas. I'm currently 17.4 stone and I'd like to get to 14.4 stone. I'm 6ft 3 so I think I'll look healthy at that weight. Please feel free to add me as a friend. I need the encouragement and I hope I'll also be able to help other people out.

    3 stone is what, about 20 kg? So about 5 kg a month? I vote doable, as long as you don't make that Christmas deadline all-important. You did it before, you can do it again!

    I am setting myself the same challenge, I am currently 17.2 Stone and want to be under 200 lbs by Christmas 14.3 pounds. Its going to be hard but I think if I am committed to exercise and healthy eating it can be done.
